I'm a multi genre artist in the areas of abstract mixed media art, watercolor and commercial design. I also own Sugarman Design, which specializes in wine branding and food package design. The die was cast at age 4 when I won a logo contest for Cleveland's WKYC Channel 3. I've been painting and designing ever since. Now, after raising a child and a design business, I'm taking more time to get messy and create art. I love to travel in far parts of the world in sailboats and rickety rental cars, and rambling back roads with my adventurous hubby Lowell. He endlessly supports my sudden stops to sketch a scene or collect rocks, sticks, old bottle caps and other things of beauty which invariably end up in his pockets.
